The backdrop for it all is a Tree of Life whose branches and roots are intricate tangles of Celtic knots. At the center of the trunk is a pentacle (the symbol of the number 5 as a sacred number found throughout nature) and the symbol of the Triple Moon Goddess, which represents the Maiden, Mother and Crone as the waxing, full and waning moons.
